You can save lives and protect New Guinea's rainforest today. The Wanang Conservation Clinic is the only lifeline for indigenous communities across 500 square kilometres. 100% of money we receive from your donation is used to purchase medicines.
You can choose from a range of UK and online roles: social media, research, fundraising, project support, and help with events. There are also sometimes opportunities to come and help on-the-ground in the rainforests of New Guinea, especially (but not only) if you have clinical, ecological, or anthropological skills.
Talk to us about how to integrate medicine and conservation in your own setting. We give FREE advice on-request to indigenous communities, small NGOs, and similar bodies. For more resourced organisations we offer consultancy.
The SURFACES exhibition uses photography, narrative, and video to tell the story of integrating medicine and conservation in New Guinea's rainforests. Contact us if you have a venue which could host it, in the UK or internationally. You can also help us reach audiences by hosting a talk, in-person or online. We can give general talks, or project specific presentations on work in New Guinea, Britain's National Parks, or our ongoing global mapping.
If you are a funder and want to work with us to scale-up joint action on biodiversity and health, we would love to speak with you.
